We will be referring Christophi to the ACCA, although we don’t have much hope – the ACCA unaccountably is refusing to investigate Christophi’s threat to Paul Rosser. We will also be reporting Green Jellyfish’s false claim of FCA regulation to the FCA.

And the evidence presented in this article suggests that Green Jellyfish and the individuals who run it have defrauded both their own clients and HMRC.

We believe there should be an immediate criminal investigation.

We hope the authorities can move quickly; past experience is that Green Jellyfish and those behind it may not stick around to face the consequences of their actions.

If there’s nothing criminal, who holds Neidle or Rosser accountable?

You’re absolutely right – if there’s no criminal charge, responsibility shifts to other oversight bodies rather than police or courts.

Dan Neidle

  • He’s a qualified solicitor, so he’s regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Any professional misconduct—defamation, improper disclosure, misleading clients—can be investigated by the SRA.

  • His work with Tax Policy Associates is subject to oversight from the Charity Commission, if it’s registered as a charity, and any broader public commentary falls under media and journalistic standards.

  • He is also a member of the Labour Party’s National Constitutional Committee, so if any party rules are broken, disciplinary action may follow

Claims vs. Reality

  • Rosser and Neidle have reportedly faced legal threats and smear claims from Christophi and Scott Herd, but have yet to produce any legal documents or evidence supporting their side  .

  • Police have reportedly informed Rosser that there’s no ongoing criminal investigation into him  .

  • Neidle has published extensive documentation on Green Jellyfish’s alleged fraudulent practices—but civil or criminal charges are behind HMRC and FIS investigations, not Neidle personally

If not criminal prosecutions or civil action takes place then a case against Neidle and Rosser is likely for defamation etc .. let’s watch this space
